The nutrient completeness score tells you how nourishing your day has been on a scale of 0 to 10.
It comes out of the nutrient density score. The ‘completeness’ part is about estimating how well your micronutrient intake across the day fulfills your daily micronutrient requirements.
A high score indicates you’ve consumed a wide range of micronutrients in sufficient quantities, comfortably meeting your requirements. A Bad nutrient completeness score is between 0 and 3, an OK score between 4 and 6, and a Good one is between 7 and 10.
