Nutrient density score

What’s the nutrient density score?

The nutrient density score helps you compare different foods and recipes in terms of how nourishing their micronutrient profile is from 0 to 10.

We apply a lot more science to this than the average food label does by presenting, like for example accounting for differences between the active and inactive forms of certain nutrients. A Bad nutrient density score ranges from 0 and 3, an OK score between 4 and 6, and a Good one is from 7 and 10.
