What’s the difference between macros (% kcals) and the macros progress arcs (%)?

The progress arcs around your dashboard profile picture tell you how much progress you’ve made towards your recommended macros. For example, you have fulfilled 15% of your protein target remains, 85% of your fat estimate is fulfilled and you are +25% over your carb limit.

Your macros (in percentage kcals) are updated according to the food you log during the day. For example, they could be 22% protein, 70% fat and 8% (net) carbs.
