Logging weight

How can I log my weight?

Click Log your weight found under the progress bar of your goal on the dashboard.

Alternatively, you can click the “+” button on the bottom bar and click Weight.

This then brings up the Add new weight screen where you can enter your weight value and assign it a time-stamp.
